- ➤ Acting ULM President Nick Bruno informed faculty and students today that the university faces a $4—5 million deficit this fiscal year and a $10—12 million shortfall next year; he ruled out furloughs and stressed that boosting enrollment is key to balancing the budget. MyArkLaMiss
- ➤ Neville High School's B.O.O.M. Youth Fraternity’s Blue Knights received an official proclamation from the City of Monroe yesterday after winning the High School Male Division at the Stomp Wars National Championship on April 4th and 5th—Coach Courtney Wallace said the team worked hard at practice after football and class, and they will compete in the Rise of the Greeks Step Show on April 26.
