West Monroe has announced street closures for Commerce, Trenton and Natchitoches streets for Ouachita RiverFest set from April 24 to April 27 in downtown West Monroe—Commerce Street closes on April 24 at 7 a.m. until April 27 at 5 p.m. Festival events include a public viewing of the World’s Largest Rubber Duck on April 24 at 11 a.m., live music, vendors and the Rubber Duck Drop on April 27 at 5 p.m.
