- ➤ The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding 42-year-old Thomas Bradley Davidson—who was last seen on April 19 leaving his Bailey Street home on foot while wearing light blue jeans, a gray hoodie, and a ball cap—after he said he would be right back. MyArkLaMiss
- ➤ Authorities arrested 37-year-old Michael Butler after a burglary on April 23 on Willett Place Boulevard in Monroe when a homeowner saw him holding a pole saw in his garage; he fled, crashed during a high speed chase on Highway 80 (with a stolen chainsaw and other tools found in his vehicle), and was evaluated at St. Francis Medical Center before his arrest. - ➤ On April 23, police in Monroe responded after a homeowner found Michael Butler in his garage with a pole saw and later chased him as he fled in a maroon sedan—officers pursued him on Highway 80, and after a crash and foot chase, a search of the vehicle found stolen lawn care tools and unclaimed items that may belong to other burglary victims, leading to charges of simple burglary, hit-and-run driving, resisting an officer, and flight from an officer.
