CRIME NEWS

  • On Sunday, May 25 at 2:11 a.m., Monroe PD responded to a fight in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot on Louisville Avenue near Raising Cane’s and issued summons to several suspects for disturbing the peace by fighting—detectives are working to identify one more suspect for an arrest warrant on second-degree battery.  MyArkLaMiss
  • On May 28, 2025, at 3:16 p.m., Baton Rouge rapper Real Bleeda—real name David Catherine—was booked at the Ouachita Correctional Center on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, rioting, and illegal carrying of weapons after he allegedly flashed a handgun at Pecanland Mall during an argument with local gang members & his bond is set at $22,500 with a court appearance scheduled for May 30.  MyArkLaMiss
