More than 100 people ran a memorial 5K at Forsythe Park Saturday morning to honor Jackson Mitcham’s legacy and mark National Homeless Awareness Month – his family said the event united supporters from Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana with hopes of making it an annual tradition.
