- ➤ Ouachita Green hosted a drive thru drop off event for America Recycles Day that allowed Monroe residents to recycle items such as plastic bottles, cardboard, furniture, and electronics. Organizers said that by midday they had filled multiple trailers— and they plan to hold more events to keep waste out of landfills. KNOE

- ➤ ULM played South Alabama yesterday and lost 14 to 26 as 8 penalties for 101 yards hindered their total offense of 154 yards—ending their home game. KNOE
