The Morning Monroe team
If you spot Scouts on your porch Saturday, Nov. 7, they're leaving an empty bag. Troops from the Louisiana Purchase Council will deliver the bags for the 39th annual Scouting Food Drive, run with the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana. Fill yours with nonperishable food and set it outside your front door by 8 a.m. Sat., Nov. 14. Scouts will return to collect the food that day.
