- ➤ The Center for Children and Families in Monroe announced that Dr. Matthew Thornton will step down as CEO on June 30 after a seven-year tenure as the board launches a nationwide search for his replacement. The board appointed Stalanda Butcher—Chief Advocacy Officer—and Chris Ramsey—Chief Operating Officer—as co-interim CEOs, aiming to name the new leader by fall. KNOE
