- ➤ Today the Monroe Symphony League’s annual Book Fair is underway at 320 North 4th Street in Monroe, running from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and charging $2 admission—events held on October 4, 10 and 11 support local music and arts while the League will present the Time & Remembrance concert at Church of the Redeemer in West Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on October 11.
